Staying at the hotel was a lovely experience. The rooms were comfortable and a great retreat after a day of sightseeing, with really good views, though a bit darker than pictured. The service was outstanding, as they happily accommodated our custom dinner orders and were extremely friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants, banks, and the Costanera Center mall nearby. On the downside, the dining options were disappointing, not living up to expectations.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, great service, and a superb location but falls short in dining options. The facilities are well-maintained, providing a good overall experience.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with quiet and very clean rooms, despite having no heating, only cold air. The rooms were spacious and adequately equipped, albeit a bit uninspiring. The presence of two double beds and a complete bathroom with a shower, along with the electric kettle providing complimentary coffee and tea, was a nice touch.
